2020年度前学期授業開始前のガイダンス日程等を以下のとおりといたします。

新入生

授業開始日について

４月２７日（月）以降とします。（第５報と変更なし）
授業開始日は、今後の状況を踏まえて、４月１０日（金）に本学ホームページにてお知らせする予定です。

授業開始前のガイダンスについて

４月２７日（月）以降に予定する授業開始日の前の２日間で、ガイダンス、授業のクラス分テスト、リメディアル試験を実施します。
※実施日と当日のスケジュールは、授業開始日の連絡の際に併せて連絡します。

学生証等の送付について【学部生のみ（大学院生は除きます）】

学生証、各種ガイドブック及びご入学祝品を、４月１９日（日）までに、新入生の希望する住所に送付します。
以下のＵＲＬから、配送先住所を必ず確認してください。
なお、確認期間は、本日から４月７日（火）２３時５９分までです。期限までに確認記録がない場合は、配送を中止しますので、必ず確認してください。

新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止に係る諸注意について

授業開始前までの諸活動に関する注意事項を、別紙により確認してください。
遵守事項の励行にご協力ください。

今後の状況の変化によっては、上記以外の連絡をする場合もありますので、定期的に大学ホームページ、学生ポータルを確認するようお願いいたします。

【Important Notice】Guidance Schedule of Spring 2020 Semester

For In-coming Students

Start Date of New Semester (Start Date of Lectures)

- On/After Monday, April 27, 2020 (No change from 5th Announcement).
- The updated date will be announced on our website on Friday, April 10.

Guidance Before Lectures Start

- The guidance includes placement test and other tests (depends on the department) will be held for 2 days before the start date of lectures which to be scheduled on/after Monday, April 27.
- The updated date will be announced on our website on Friday, April 10.

Delivery of Student ID & Guidance Books (for undergraduate students only)

- Your Student ID, guidance books and commemorative goods will be sent from April 15 to April 19 to the address where you will be able to receive them during that period.

Please confirm your address on the following URL.
The URL link is available only from today (March 31) to Tuesday April 7, 23:59. If you do not confirm your sending address during the period, your student ID & guidance books will NOT be dispatched.

Health Advice to Prevent Further Outbreak of COVID-19

- Please check the guideline “Cautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection” linked below. Students are strongly advised to check the guidance carefully and to follow.

Please check our website and Tokyo NODAI students’ portal site regularly as we are still watching the ongoing situation of COVID-19 and will make our final decision in due course.
