本学の「2020年度後学期の授業実施」については、7月30日（木）に、学長から以下の方針について発表しました。

●講義科目は、「遠隔授業（主にオンデマンド型）」で実施します。

●学部1年生に対しては、講義科目の一部を「対面授業」で実施します。

●実験・実習・演習科目は、一部を「対面授業」とし「遠隔授業」を併用して実施します。

　このたび、本方針に基づく後学期の授業開始までの日程等について決定しましたので、以下のとおりご連絡します。なお、新型コロナウイルス感染症の発生状況によって、この日程等は変更になる可能性があります（変更になる場合は、大学ホームページ・学生ポータルにて随時お知らせします）。

１．後学期授業開始までの学事日程

■世田谷キャンパス

■厚木キャンパス

■北海道オホーツクキャンパス

（※）学科・学年ごとに登校日（対面授業実施日）を指定します。感染防止対策のため、原則として、それ以外の日は登校できません。登校日（対面授業実施日）は週に1～2日を予定しています。

２．後学期授業開始にあたっての留意事項

（１）キャンパスへの入構開始

キャンパスへの入構開始（登校初日）は、キャンパスごとに以下のとおりとなります。

■世田谷キャンパス

全学年：9/15（火）～18（金）の定期健康診断指定日（※）

■厚木キャンパス

1・2・3年生：9/23（水）後学期授業開始日
4年生：9/14（月）定期健康診断受診日

■北海道オホーツクキャンパス

1年生：9/7（月）～11（金）の学科別オリエンテーション指定日（※）
2～4年生：9/23（水）後学期授業開始日

（※）各指定日は別途、9月上旬に学生ポータル等でお知らせします。
上記のほか、世田谷・厚木キャンパスの1年生については、希望者を対象に9/15（火）～18（金）の期間にて学科教員による個別面談の場を設ける予定です（詳細は後日、学生ポータルにてお知らせします）。

（２）新型コロナウイルスの感染防止策

　後学期授業（キャンパス入構）開始にあたっては、学内における感染防止対策を徹底して行います。
　学生の皆さんにも、すでに公開している以下の「感染防止措置要項」に基づく行動をお願いします。
　なお、現在、帰省先等に滞在している学生で、後学期対面授業への出席に不安を感じている場合は、保護者の方と十分に話し合って行動を決めてください。帰省先等に留まり対面授業を受講できない場合でも、不利益にならないよう個別に対策（オンデマンド教材の配信など）を講じます。

【感染防止措置要項】

＜キャンパスへの立ち入りに関して＞

①自宅を出る前に検温をし、平熱であることを確認する。

②公共交通機関を利用する場合は、混雑を避ける工夫をする。

③キャンパス内での行動範囲を守る。

④マスクを必ず着用する。

＜感染させないための行動＞

①マスクの着用はキャンパス内でも継続する。

②手洗いやアルコール消毒をこまめに行う。

③大声、あるいは飲食時やエレベーター内での会話を慎む。

④こまめに換気を心がける。

⑤ソーシャルディスタンスを保つ。

⑥対面での食事は禁止する。

⑦共有スペースなどを利用し、研究室内の３密を避ける。

⑧使用したスペースは、各自がアルコールなどで消毒を行う。

（３）これからの連絡

　授業時間割の公表等を始めとした後学期授業やキャンパス入構に関する詳細連絡は、9月上旬に改めて学生ポータル等で行います。その他緊急の連絡がある場合も、学生ポータルにて連絡することになりますので、各自、定期的に確認するようにお願いします。
　なお、以下の期間は夏季休業となります。ご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

Classes for the Second Semester of 2020 Academic Year (2nd Announcement)

As for “Classes for the Second Semester of 2020 Academic Year”, the President announced the following policies on Thursday, July 30, 2020.

● Lecture-based classes will be conducted remotely as “online classes (on-demand type)”.

● For first-year undergraduate students, some of the lectures will be held in “face-to-face classes”.

● Some of the experiment, practical training and comprehensive exercise courses will be conducted in “face-to-face classes” while the rest is held remotely as “online classes”.

We have decided the following schedule for the start of the second semester based on the policies. These dates are subject to change depending on the course of the novel coronavirus infections (if there is any change, we will inform you on the Tokyo NODAI website and the Student Portal website).

1. Academic Schedule until the Start of the Second Semester

■Setagaya Campus

■Atsugi Campus

■Hokkaido-Okhotsk Campus

(*) Face-to-face-Class will be held one day or two days a week and it is designated by each department and school year. Students cannot enter the campus for the rest of the week as a preventive measure against the COVID-19.

2. Cautions for Starting the Second Semester

(1) The first day of entering the campus

The first day of entering the campus will be as follows.

■Setagaya Campus

All students: Your assigned Health Check-up day between September 15 (Tue) and 18 (Fri) (*)

■Atsugi Campus

First, Second, and Third-year students: Your first face-to-face class in the Second Semester on/after September 23 (Wed)
Fourth-year students: Health Check-up day on September 14 (Mon)

■Hokkaido-Okhotsk Campus

First-year students: Your department’s Guidance Session day between September 7 (Mon) and 11 (Fri) (*)
Second, Third, and Fourth-year students: Your first face-to-face class in the Second Semester on/after September 23 (Wed)

(*)Designated dates for each event will be announced on the Student Portal website at the beginning of September.

Other than the above dates, at Setagaya and Atsugi campus, First-year students may have a meeting with their department supervisors from September 15 (Tue) to 18 (Fri) upon their request. Further information on the meeting will be announced on the Student Portal website later.

(2) Preventing the spread of COVID-19 infections

In order for us to start reopening campuses to students, we will take sufficient countermeasures against the COVID-19 on each campus. We also request you to follow the guidelines below to prevent the infections. For those who have stayed at home in the previous semester and are wondering if they should move close to the campus for the second semester or keep staying at home, please discuss it with your parents carefully before making the decision. Even if you cannot take face-to-face classes for staying at home etc., we plan not to be your disadvantage by responding to each case such as distributing online class materials.

<Before entering the campus>

• 1 Check your body temperature before leaving home.
• 2 If you use any public transportations, try to avoid the crowd.
• 3 Keep a safe distance with others at any time.
• 4 Wear a mask when you enter the campus.

<At campus>

• 1 Keep wearing a mask on campus.
• 2 Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer frequently.
• 3 Refrain from talking loudly, talking when you eat/drink, and talking in an elevator.
• 4 Ventilate rooms frequently.
• 5 Keep a safe distance with others.
• 6 Refrain from eating face-to-face with others.
• 7 Use a common space to avoid “Three Cs” (closed spaces, crowded places and close-contact settings) in the laboratories.
• 8 Disinfect the space each time you used with alcohol or other disinfectants.

The university will announce further information regarding the start of the Second Semester on the Student Portal website at the beginning of September. Any urgent notice will be announced on the student portal too. Please be advised to check it regularly.
