５月４日（土）に、政府から「緊急事態宣言の延長」が発出されましたので、要請が解除されるまでの間、あらためて下記のとおりとします。

１．キャンパス（農場・演習林を含む）への入構

（１）学部学生について

キャンパスへの入構を禁止します。
※所属長が動植物の管理等のために必要不可欠と判断した場合のみ入構を認めます。

（２）大学院生について

キャンパスへの入構を禁止します。
※研究活動の再開については、要請解除後、段階的に行います。

（３）教員について

キャンパスへの入構を原則として禁止します。
※所属長が教育・研究の継続のために必要不可欠と判断した場合のみ入構を認めます。
なお、各キャンパスにおける教育研究の遂行のため、ウイルス感染防止の立場から安全を確保したうえで、段階的にキャンパスへの入構を認めることを、今後検討いたします。

（４）職員について

キャンパスへの入構を原則として禁止します。
※所属長の命により管理運営の業務を行うための最小限の入構を認めます。

（５）学内の事業者、関連会社等について

キャンパスへの入構を原則として禁止します。
※契約等による施設・設備の維持管理等の業務を行うための最小限の入構を認めます。

２．問い合わせ

期間中、教職員が在宅勤務のため、電話によるお問合せに対応することができません。
メールによる問い合わせに対しては、一定の時間の後対応します。

Tokyo NODAI’s Response in the Case of Extension of State of Emergency

　The Japanese Government declared the state of emergency on April 7, 2020 and that it would be in effect through May 6.

　In the case that the Japanese Government announces an extension of the state of emergency, Tokyo NODAI will continue to impose the following rules until the emergency state is lifted.

1. Campus Closure (including facilities, such as farms and practice forests)

(1) For undergraduate students

Entry to all three campuses is strictly prohibited.
*Entry is permitted only if you are given a special permission by your supervisor to care for animals and plants.

(2) For graduate students

Entry to all three campuses is strictly prohibited.
*When the state of emergency is lifted, research activities can be gradually resumed. Until then, continue to communicate with your supervisor.

(3) For faculty members

Entry to all three campuses is prohibited in general.
*Entry is permitted only if the section chief deems that it is essential for the progress of your education and research. Furthermore, the university will carefully discuss the idea of gradually permitting faculty members to carry out educational research on campus while taking strict precautions against the spread of virus.

(4) For staff members

Entry to all three campuses is prohibited in general.
*Limited entry is permitted only if the section chief deems that it is essential for the management of office administration.

(5) For companies on campus and affiliated companies

Entry to all three campuses is prohibited in general.
*Limited entry is permitted only for the maintenance of facilities and buildings under prior contracts.
