多田由紀 助教（栄養科学科）、吉崎貴大君（大学院農学研究科食品栄養学専攻 博士課程後期2年）、砂見綾香さん（同前期1年）、横山友里さん（同前期1年）は、平成24年9月5日?8日にシドニー（オーストラリア）で開催された国際栄養士会議（International Congress of Dietetics, ICD）において、それぞれポスター賞を受賞。発表演題、受賞名は以下の通り。
