必ず、「募集要項」「WEB出願の手引き」を確認し、「WEB出願時の注意点」を確認しながらWEB出願を行ってください。
確認しない状態で申請し、修正依頼等をいただいてもシステムの仕様上対応出来ない場合があります。
出願期間内に「WEB出願」・「入学検定料の入金」・「必要書類の提出」を全て完了できていない場合、受験できません。
(受験できない場合も入学検定料は返金できません。)
「WEB出願」に関するお問い合わせは全て「世田谷キャンパス学務課(ページ下部に連絡先記載)」へご連絡ください。
その他の大学院入試に関するご質問は受験するキャンパスごとの担当部署(ページ下部記載)へ連絡してください。
Please make sure to check the "Admission Requirements" and the "Online Application Guide" and proceed with the online application while confirming the "Important Points for Online Application." If you submit your application without checking these, we may not be able to accommodate requests for corrections due to system specifications.
If you have not completed "Online Application," "Payment of Entrance Examination Fee," and "Submission of Necessary Documents" within the application period, you will not be able to take the exam. (The entrance examination fee is non-refundable even if you are unable to take the exam.)

The deadline for online application submission is 5:00 PM on the final day of the application period.
