Developing and Promoting Food and Agriculture Related Japanese Technology and Culture Towards a Better World
In recent years, Japanese culture related to food and agriculture, and its supporting diversified cultivation practices and processing technologies have been gaining significant global attention. In order to understand traditional food and agriculture, and to determine various possibilities for its further development, this department aims to provide comprehensive learning environment based on the main pillars of agricultural science namely production science, food science, food culture, and food and agricultural policy and education.
