In order to ensure the health and safety of the students and to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, Tokyo NODAI has decided to hold the entrance ceremony at a different date and time for each campus.

For Setagaya Campus

1. date of entrance ceremony: 2 April 2022 (Sat)

Instead of having a large-scale plenary ceremony in the Arena, ceremony and guidance by faculty / graduate school will be held in two different times, either in the morning or the afternoon session. The venue will be Yokoi Memorial Auditorium or classrooms in Building 1. (The ceremony lasts no longer than two hours).

1) Opening
2) National anthem
3) Admission announcement
4) Ceremonial address: President Prof. Dr. Fumio EGUCHI
5) Pledge by representative of incoming students
6) Congratulatory address: Chairman of the Board of Trustee, Dr. Kanju Osawa
7) College song
8) Closing

2. The meeting time and place for each Faculty/Graduate School is scheduled as below.

Be at the designated classroom by department in Building No. 1 (see attached list of classrooms for the entrance ceremony) at the designated time. Be sure to wear a face mask. In the designated classrooms, all the students except the representatives will attend the ceremony through watching a live video. A guidance for each department will be held after the ceremony.
*Graduate school guidance will be held separately in on demand format.
