Agroecology and Food Production

The subject will be provided based on agroelology with the different aspects related to food and agriculture such as 1) food and nutrition, 2) plant production, 3) agriculture and society, 4) food, agriculture, culture, and local communities, 5) food and agriculture education. Many case studies from various regions will be presented to deepen understanding of theory and practice in Japan and Southeast Asia.
