A Comprehensive Exploration of the Production, Processing and Distribution of Biological Resources.
With the aim of fostering human resources with highly specialized knowledge in the field of bioindustry, within this doctoral program comprehensive education and academic research will be performed that integrates aspects studied in four majors of the master’s programs being a "Bioindustry" and a "Aqua Bioscience and Industry" related to biological resources production and management; a "Food Science and Technology" related to development, utilization and functions of food resources; and a "Business Science" related to distribution of food and biological resources.
