Important dates are as follows:
Deadline of membership payment: 15 September
Deadline of abstract submission: 15 September
Deadline of any changes in registration and presentation details: 1 October
Notice of acceptance of abstracts: 1 October
Deadline of registration and registration payment: 5 October
