Human and Animal-Plant Relationships

Forging a new relationship between human, plants and animals

In this major, education and research will be performed into the relationship between humankind, flora and fauna from the new perspective of "Lifestyle Agriculture Science", centering on the environment, society, lifestyle and welfare. Specifically it will be comprised of three subjects; the relationship between humankind and fauna including the study of both wild and domesticated animals; the relationship between humankind and flora including the study of people's coexistence with plants and the relationship between plants and people; and living organism assisted therapy including the study of animal and plant assisted therapy.
